Returns: We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive the product.
Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase. You can withdraw by informing one of our agents through any of the following contact methods:

Customers paying with Klarna - Return Policy: Ford customers who purchase using Klarna as a payment method, Sol & Luna Accesories LLC will cover the cost of return shipping in the event of an authorized return or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition (unused and in its original packaging) and proof of purchase is presented.
Return Shipping Payment: In the case of an exchange due to withdrawal, the buyer must pay the shipping cost. If the return is due to warranty, Sol & Luna Accesories LLC will pay the shipping cost. The approximate cost of shipping within the United States to our address is $15.
Refunds: Your payment will be refunded through the same payment method you used. If you paid with Zelle, your money will be refunded through the same method. If you paid with a payment platform, we will request that the payment provider reverse the transaction and refund your payment. Each payment provider has its own refund times.

Acid testing jewelry VOIDS the warranty. This is an outdated test that, while it won't permanently damage your garment, will dull its shine.
If you have doubts about the quality of the gold, you should perform a test with a ✅Spectrometry✅ sensor, which will indicate the percentage of gold in your garment (for 18K 730 Gold it is 72% to 73%, for 18K 750 Gold it is 75%).
General Conditions for Guarantees:
✅You have a period of 15 days to request exchanges.
✅You have a period of 60 days to request guarantees.
✅The garment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: new, in perfect condition, without having been subjected to acids, fire, crushing, or other conditions that have been defined as improper use of the garments.
✅The cost of returning the item must always be borne by the buyer.
✅The cost of shipping the new item(s) in the event of an exchange must be borne by the buyer.
✅The cost of shipping the item(s) if the warranty is approved is borne by SOL Y LUNA JEWELRY LLC
✅Once you receive the return instructions, as applicable, you have a maximum of 2 business days to return the item.
✅Remember that jewelry can become dirty due to external factors such as the environment, sweat, exposure to certain liquids, and, in very rare cases, due to the pH of the skin. In this case, you should only follow the washing and cleaning instructions.
✅Items purchased through promotions, offers, and discounts are NOT eligible for exchanges, returns, or warranties, as they are final sales.
NOTE: We do not accept exchanges, returns, or warranties in the following cases:
❌Chain offers (weighing 1g or less) + items that may have broken due to improper use.
❌The warranty does not apply to the loss of zircons; items that may have them are inspected and monitored before leaving their respective shipping offices. However, if you wish to have this repaired, it will be considered an expense borne by the person requesting it.
❌If the garments have been damaged due to misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, acids, fire, sharp objects, twisting, tension, or crushing).
Please note: The lifespan of each garment depends on the care you give it. Products damaged due to normal wear and tear or obvious misuse will not be replaced.

Damages and Issues
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
