Our products will be delivered via USPS, FEDEX, or other shipping partners we have at the time of your purchase.
Delivery time within the United States is up to 10 to 13 business days.
Processing (5 to 8 days): Once your order is confirmed.
Preparation and packaging (1 to 2 days): Once we have the daily orders at the logistics headquarters, they are sorted, packed, and shipped through our partnership with USPS and FEDEX.
At this point, we will send your FEDEX and USPS tracking number via email, WhatsApp (and SMS if you have authorized us to send you messages).
To ensure the integrity and security of your orders, we recommend that you agree to pick them up at the FEDEX and USPS office closest to your home or office address, so we can be sure that only you will pick up your order. We can modify this condition upon your request, but we recommend picking up at the nearest FEDEX or USPS post office.
*Orders are shipped only on business days, Monday through Saturday.
